After such a long walk, relax in a local trattoria tasting the Umbrian, Tuscan and Romagnola culinary tradition. You will be enthused by game, mushrooms, truffles and the simple food prepared according to tradition.
After a good meal you can admire Piero della Francesca's masterpieces, the Resurrection and the Madonna del Parto in Monterchi, or the breathtaking Deposizione by Rosso Fiorentino, the works of Perugino, Luca Signorelli, Raffaellino dal Colle and many others, up to Alberto Burri's contemporary art.
